Suki's Puppies are absolutely adorable - 3 weeks old already, where does the time go!!!!! Their up on their feet now and their little personalities are really starting to come through. Can't Wait to see them again at the weekend

My broadband has been down all day?!

I go on Printmatters & Pitalpin regularly and if I see any shows in Scotland that have classes for LMs I always put the details on this blog for everyone to know. I was on both last night and could see no current dog show schedules out that had classes for us. Curiously I have been back on now and I see that schedule - it's a shame I hadn't seen it there earlier - this show is literally 5 minutes from me & Mo.

Not to worry - hopefully the GBAS show schedule will come out soon. There used to also be a wee gundog show down in Selkirk around April time but I see this show is a general open show now with no LM classes anymore.

As a group we (Me, Mo, Nicky, John etc) have always done our best to get round as many of the Scottish Open Shows as possible to keep the classes but sadly if the schedules are not readily available then how on earth can we continue. Maybe we need to get our Crystal Balls Out!!!!!LOL

 

Glad Seska is keeping well and I hope when the puppies do arrive that they are all fighting fit and well. Be nice to see some piccies too

Congratulations to Jager and Bella - do we have any piccies yet?? I can't wait to see the little bundles

I was very sad to hear about poor Struan and his Pal being left without a mum - the poor souls. If I could have I would have taken 1 in a shot. I am sure they will find that perfect home(s) soon though.

Linda, how is Seska getting on? Has she had her puppies yet? I hope all is well with you.

Well - only 3 weeks til CRUFTS!!!!! I am soooo looking forward to going this year. I think it will be a lovely couple of days.

I have been on the 2 websites that I usually find schedules for Local Open Shows but there doesn't seem to be any shows coming up with classes for LMs. There is usually West of Scotland Gundog at the end of Feb / beginning of March and then GBAS usually has a show in March / April time but NOTHING!!!!! Does anyone know where else these schedules might be? It would be a shame if LMs lose classes becuase of poor advertising

Just back from Mugdock estate where Jim and Sharon and Brodie joins us in our meet  they were fresh back from the Scottish GSP Annual Working Test where Brodie (Rixbriar Ulimate Style) won the puppy test  with a score of 77/80 whoo he only lost 3 marks....
well done to all threee  the judges were most impressed with this "large munsterlander" hunting ability and the rest..

Had to take Nevis to the vet today...it was required that they know his weight so on scales please...30Kgs. ..  Carol and Colin  we forgat to measures Poppies height again  just to check she is not growing?!!

Next time

Went down to Birmingham for a double Whammy..we entered the show  and brought this handsome youg man back up to his home land......he is looking for a new home..he is nearly 9months old and is a lovely wee boy.But very hard to get pictures of  he never stands still??!!

Had a lovely email from Elaine  she encluded a picture of Tiger now Tyson (Poppy and Ghillies brother)  He now lives with Max & Bella ...and is very fond of swimming..keep up the good work Tiger.

Well what day is it  we have a name for every day....Penny & Pau Pau  favorit today..
yes wee are ging to HPR..  When out walking yesterday we meet 7 springer spaniels (really doggie area where we live   great place to walk dogs etc.)  poor Pau Pau was a bit overwhelmed   they were not on the lead  but are gundog trained and work in local shoot  so obedient ++ but she was not phased out  just stood quietly as they checked her out..
I am away to get money out of the wall for wee man who is going to replace my sick++ dead shower..today  Yes on a Sunday  great    need a shower....But thanks for your kind words re wee videos
