Yes Linda you win the prize ..as the saddest??!!  only joking   ..The  litter with 3 girls and 1 boy that was ages ago..nothing else has come out of this "tpo scottish Kennel " unquote   would have expected breeding out of a "top kennel" to continue lines.. end of story.

I think Ellscott probably wins  with 3 girls  and one dog  all qualifying   ..but they dont all live in Scotland..which was part of the point..lots of sweeping statements being made all over the web!!

Yes we are actually three weeks and ONE day..just done breakfast  of Porridge and Royal Canin starter..really enjoyed..the one that seemed to like the most was flower pot..when feed porridge always get the thick stuff at the bottom of dish..usually pups leave this at the beginning..not flower pot  she was going round all the dishes 12 off ..and took all the thick stuff..so no problems with her?
Yes Pam they are lovely.. Will be in puppy room again today  if it does not rain??!!

Had our first venture into the puppy room...that was great

Puppies are doing well..we have started on Puppy porridge  & hope to get them in
puppy room tomorrow.
They are very sweet ..and could site all day watching them
Not going to Richmond.. next show Darlington

Extension up now  lots of room to run about in ..and Rosie a lot happier with plenty room to streach out & relax in and spend time with her babbies

We take porridge with salt. Puppies really like porridge  and it very good for them
None so far going to Yorkshire..still plenty time ..

Wendy Gill did great.. she wanted to qualify for Crufts  so all three sisters will be there (statistics??!!)  so very well done her in a class of 9 ..Ellie's Granny did not "do "at all..Pam did a great job looking after puppies..thanks Pam..Gill did great job getting us all down to Birmingham..Thanks Gill..I only had to put the brakes on Once??!!

Pups Big day today Porridge..any good tips on that..






Bet they dont look like that after porridge activity??!!

What a night..pups very ++++restless..panting..& crying especially flower pot..suddenly thought  is she hungry..checked "amount to feed chart " for puppy milk  and I have been short changing the three I "top up".
So bottle out  feed my three..still crying  flower pot panting moving around box.
Been here before "nearly"  and too hot??!! or was it..Lifted heat lamp up..still unhappy..lifted it futher up..still not right..02.30am switched heat lamp off. eureka..I got some sleep..happy puppies.. The puppy room is a cold room usually windows are ajar..but had heard weather forecast..warm night.  Below picture of a peaceful litter this AM after bedding change...did not look like the final senario last night..

Rosie at the end of her last feeding activity .. all satisfied  wee boy (who thinks I am his mum ) has clocked me ...Ah  free milk bottle..



















And just seconds ago  Rosie under siege all 10 are there somewhere
   


but "wee tail indicators " are flying. As we are now in week 3 we only need to bottle feed 4 times a day ie every 6 hours ( Royal Canin instructions). So not too bad.

Wow - I can't believe how much the pups have come on since last week. They all look really chunky little things. Can't wait too see them & give tham all a cuddle!!! My favourite is the little boy who has the black head & large black saddle - Mo you might be better hiding him from me as I fear he might find his way into my pocket!!!LOL

Carol, how is Colin now, any better? I hope this is finally the end of your rough patch & that things start to look up for you. It's been a tough couple of months.

So, who is all going to Birmingham this weekend? It's a big entry, who's judging?

Trying to sort out who is who ..below two twins  the one with white tail is wee girl the other aboy  both very agile..and cheeky

This wee pup will climb over anytning to get where they want...runs around the whelping box..& eyes are open??!!

I had not noticed Flower pot in photo...she seems to get every where.
The puppy on point at Scottishmunsters.net is a bitch.(in fact the same bitch that is at the front on here).  Helen picked her out of all the 10 when she came to see them this weekend .. as "a big chuncky one"  she is very noticeable as the marking on her tail is unique..ie black at top..  a wee white strip then black  and the tip is white..(I think Tilly tail as a pup was the same..another Tilly would be nice??!!)
There eyes are just opening ..can see them glitter in certain light..they sort of lift their head and look as if they are "scenting the air??!!"
Helen thought they were very forward   and mobile for their age??..
Rosie looks as normal  you would never guess she had just had 10 puppies?? except for the "milk bar"   She is on Pedigree Puppy professional  food  and Skinners puppy milk..which she would live on..Will go today and get my pedigree puppy porridge.
