This is the guest bedroom to be...the black hole in the wall is the door to ensuite

Sounds really good Mo - looking forward to seeing it finished.  Which bit is white and which bit red in your kitchen.  What colour will my room be ??  Seeing as you all seem to know famous celebrities up there, who are you having for the grand opening and cutting the ribbon?

Weather forecast not good for Friday - probably be in the tents and wearing wellies.
It is Ken's birthday today, we were having a day at the sea side and then driving a little further up the coast to Blackpool to see the illuminations. But he has had to spend the day mending a wall and putting up a new curtain pole  in a little house we rent out.  So decided to go out for a nice meal tonight instead. 

Keep the work men at it Mo.  I hope you a keeping a picture record of the progress.

And will not be on Friday working hard to get my wee building project finished fir me wee English pal My red and White kitchen with "hidden drawers" arrives at 11.00 on Friday Magnet tell me and my Walnut work tops ..which is coming from Peterhead and all the kings men so we no be there.

it was me that mmoved mr hendry over. i was keeping you a space and he drove in it with his big range rover with blacked out windows so i went up to the car and knocked on the window and nearly died when he opened it. i still got him to move though!! is hpr in auchterader again it was in that horrid little hall in blackford last year. was not great showe there. tiny , cramped no room to do anything.

Glad to hear things are progressing nicely Mo.  Will my room have bars at the window or a bar in the room !!!  Are you coming down on Friday ?  Been some great pictures on Scottish Munsters - especially with Colin's bigger lense thingymigjig.   Still wanting  pictures of foxe(s). 
John I hope, is trying to get me one of a white deer that they occasionally see.
If anyone coming down, travel safely.  Remember the roads around the Whetherby area will be pretty busy on a Friday morning.

Exciting times Carol ..Sparky comes tomorrow to connect me in new extension to the power.
plaster was here on Sunday did the kitchen/sitting room so kitchen can be fitted ..this happens on Saturday..plumber seems lost yet to be found!!  Plaster to come back Thursday/Friday for doing peebbledash and other outside activities..wooden floor to be laid in kitchen sitting room on Saturday too...and two relacement windows in old lounge to be put in ..and my best worker "the outside worker doing all things related to gardens and drains....he to finish off my slabs/patio in my "secret garden" my boys are going to be very busy...no time to stand and stare ..and eat danish pasteries...Wendy your room is nearly done....thanks for asking...
I have 4 external hard dives 2 of which are 1Gb ..love the pic of Spring in the floor tub..it is no longer..got eaten by Jager and his pals?!

This is fun show and they have bacon rolls on offer with cup of coffee hopefully?!


Yes really fancy gocart racing in the right venue  ..not where dogs are walked as where I walk my dogs    dont go together

It was just me that didn't straighten the seat...anyone fancy a go at quad bike racing? looks like fun...    

  

Love your "bench seat"  is your house squint or is it the bench ....  it looks great there against the white of the house...the greenhouse still awaitith for a new home..
It is really raining today..need to get Rosie and Tilly out of the Kennels ..Tilly getting Op. on Monday..I have just got a Sonos system...it has taken me a wee while to get it set up but Whoow it is great  what a sound..excellent as I get more hard of hearing.  Just plug speaker into power point anywhere in the house .. and with my iphone iI can controll it plays music off my computer (including all the music on my iphone ) and connects to the internet and plays radio etc.....great recommend to anyone to get one....need to switch brain on when setting it up..

Andy Murray just Beaten Justin Brown (who wants to play for Britian in the Davis Cup) 7-6 6-3 6-0  Well done Andy  a lot of the seeds were beaten today and some yesterday Murray will now play either Stanislas Wawrinka (seeded 25)  or Juan Ignacio Chela (seeded 51)  At the moment Wawrinka is winning 2 sets to love ....Good game
