When mine have tummy troubles I immediately give them KAOJEL VP - got from Canine Chemist or Pet Medics (Internet) also plain bio-active type yoghurt (cheap and cheeful from supermarket - about three of four large spoonfuls) - and also plain white boiled rice.
If it's just gas ( you can hear bubbly tummy - not just windy smells ) I give a human buscapan (can't spell that). Hope they are much improved Mo. - Wendy
