Happy New Year

Well, that's me another year older, another decade I'm into now LOL! So now that I have surfaced I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. I hope everyone has a good one, I should be out more this year (I hope) so should see more of you. I hope to see less of me as I have decided I need to lose a few, erm, stones, now that I am well over 10 stone (nearer to 11!) in weight and feeling every extra pound. Anyone have any good tips? I don't want to try a faddy diet as I know I won't keep to it.
