Sorry I haven't been on for a while - not been doing much munstering recently!!!LOL

Maureen, I hope you are enjoying your "Holiday"!!! No doubt you'll be looking forward to coming home for a rest!!!!!LOL

Does anyone fancy meeting for a walk in Mugdock on Saturday morning? I am going over with Elvis and thought I may aswell see if anyone else was up for it. Either post on here or text/e-mail me privately to let me know.

Whoow not woken up till 6.30am..no barking in the middle of the night??  great...all 12 dogs behaving very well.
Yesterday I went to Sainsbury to buy this and that set my sat nav and off we went..satnav  started taking me there  great no problem untill I realized I was in the centre of Cambridge at 15.30 which appears to be rush hour...or maybe "school run" rush hour..while sitting in the traffic jam  had  a word with my satnav and asked it to take me to Tesco..it managed that  must have issues with Sainsburys.
Came out of Tesco and asked satnav to take me home..It said to me "sorry I cannot do that   check your settings"??!! great I have no idea how to get home..but my Iphone is sitting in my pocket laughing away saying "get me out of your pocket  ..hurryup"" (this is my ring tone)
and I put in the home postcode  and viola a spot on route?
what lesson did this tellme ..try to figure out how I can get spoken instructions from my iphone.
Going today to buy grain for my wee hens. Had put loads of food out yesterday..put the hens away to bed last night  but the hopper empty this morning ..I think the hopper needs to go to bed in the house too...dont need fat mice

Got up at dawn break to let hens out...wopps no food or water..filled up water but  and food (will need to buy more  please note Helen)  I think we are are fattening up the local mice?!
2 hours later when dogs  went over to say "hello" to hens  water but had fallen over
so filled up again and had a word with the hens about knocking over the water but?

They do talk to me   thank me for looking after them so well!!
Just boiling one egg they have made for me  (lonmg time since I have had a boiled egg  )

Only up at 2.00am and 6.00 am...during the night....forgot about my chickens??!! woops   1 egg yesterday  none today yet..camera out again

Seen at Richmond..

Lovely weather for a dog show, warm but not too sunny. Dog CC and BOB went to ShCh Raycris Pipadash for Crackash. Reserve Dog CC went to Tanzenbach Water Boatman. Bitch CC was awarded to Raycris Special Quest and the Reserve went to my very own Franorst Paws for Thought or Suki as she is known to her friends. Elvis did well too, getting a 3rd out of 6 in Open Dog. On way home now only 284miles to go!!! Got lots of piccies so will do a slide show tomorrow

Thanks Mo for these pictures  - great to see a pic of Lila on the move holding a level top line with full extension on both front and rear movement.  Well chuffed.  Also of Aero and Ruby I couldn't have asked for more.

All is well down here in Devon, Zeph is doing very well and his energy levels are amazing!!
Hopefully we will make it to the Munsterlander bash next month, so we might be able to put some faces to the names.

well done to everyone at birmingham today. especially the daleander crowd, you all did well .aeron is looking great on the pic he will be pulling in the girls !!! ruby was looking good there too must be chuffed for them both to get placed then mum getting bitch cc. well done. Erin spent the weekend at the pony, kermit needs his tlc too!! he is getting his winter coat now so looks like a teddy

as it is a great picture of Fiona and Aero - perfect stand -  I think so and  well done for 2nd place in a good class.
Ruby his sis also came second, while their mum picked up Reserve Bitch.
Hope you all had good journeys back to Scotland.  I do admire you for driving all that way in the same day.

Large Munsterlanders have an entry of 65 making 67 & will be judged in Ring 15 after Brittany's

Judging for Brittanys starts at 9am and the have 36 entries

 

Richmond - Sunday 13th September 2009

Large Munsterlanders have an entry of 45 & will be judged 1st in Ring 30

Judging Starts at 10am

In the Silver everything i done to a higher standard ie the stay is longer, the recall stricter etc and it has a few additions: recalling from a distraction; road walking; vehicle control; controlled greeting and food manners.

You can find more detailed requirements on the kennel club website. Yes we will definately be going for gold and I will be putting Ellie in for Bronze with the next group. Only did Kizzie first because I do training with on dog one night and the other a different night so they both get all my attention and the GCDS training fell on Kizzies night for that block.
