Pretty cold this weekend. We still have ice on the inside of the windows. Side effect of no heating and single glazed windows. :-(
I must say that Chance is looking very proud in the photo so maybe he knows something we dont.
Gill,
They are gorgeous - I love their eyes too. Will they stay that colour? Are you keeping 1?
Pam
They are Chocolate Point Birmans. I love their stunning Blue eyes.

Potty wonders if Gillie has fallen asleep from partakeing of the bottle of beer ...or has he had a busy day in the office..
Love the picture I just wish Potty would fall asleep perhaps I too should get a bottle of beer.
Mo
I was so sorry to hear the sad news. He'll be greatly missed. My thoughts and sympathies to everyone involved.
Linda
Our thoughts are with Cathy and Janet at this sad time
Mo
Please, even if you don't know Kathy, drop her a line or a card - won't ease her pain but will show as a breed that we care for our munster pals. I have her address if you wish to email me or her name can be found in loads of show catalogues. Wendy
Carole, yes Chance is the 'expectant' dad. I just wish I had know how much it would have affected him though. Pepsi is having to be shut away when he is loose so that he doesn't 'practice' with her! Poor puppy......and as for the whining.......ear plugs in use, so might not hear the phone....
Elise (grand-daughter) is one of those very rare breeds. She is always happy. LOL!!! There weren't any tears at all, even when she fell over. When it's time for sleep you just have to put her in the cot and switch her music on and she is asleep within seconds. Literally...!!!!!! I've never known a child like her.. Her mother was nothing like her. I really wish I'd had one like her. Mine didn't know what sleep was.
Love the video Carol especially the bit when you are running Spring suddenly as if by magic all the poles fall off the jumps similtaneously ...spooky
Mo
Hi Wendy,
Erin provided some tips on the day and showed the beginners some handling techniques.
Gill helped me with Skye after she got a fright on the see saw as had only ever done dog walk up until that point. She flew up the see saw (as if a dog walk) and she was left in mid air! as it tipped.
Weight loss not guarenteed as all that running around does wonders for the appetite. ;-)
Hi Linda,
Is Chance going to be the dad? I meant to comment on your grand daughter a few posts back. It doesn't seem that long ago that she was born and she is now a toddler. eck!
Where does the time go.
Really enjoyed watching video - especially keep fit on the move !! Glad Erin was there to show you how to do it.
Great day thanks for coming. It was Springs first time on dog walk. Everyone chased Ace. Everyone running in wellies in a muddy field which didn't help with running speed. Skye and Spring also very tired and they never moved all night - neither did the humans.
I love this part of the country and so do the dogs. We are lucky to be staying here. Hope you can see the movie as spent most of the afternoon triming and editing.
Upload ofmovie didnae work so try the link below
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Carol and Colin for today, My dogs are knackered. Your place is a real munster Heaven I am very jealous.
Gill
Carol, I hope everything goes smoothly for you. 8 years on and I still have boxes I need to look through. That's what happens when you have to move within 3 days - no time to go through your things first. I'm having a clearout in my spare room getting ready for January when Seska's pups should be due. First mating took place yesterday so fingers crossed. Chacne hasn't left the side of the cage all day.......
Hope it is not raining... wet and Cold no fun..... Gillie going to his new Mum and Dad tomorrow
if I remember to take him??!! Hope you have all the unpacking done by the time we get there??!!
Mo
No Rhys was at nursery, I would have needed eyes on the back of my head lol. Haven't heard a peep out of the dogs since we got home I get the feeling they are slightly tierd.
Gill
Looks like you had fun Did you have Rhys as well?
Have put video on Scottishmunsters updates sometimes it is not available I think this happens when too busy so try again
Mo
How big is your drive ? will it fit my little motor home? Lots of love W
A bit belated but the boys and girls were all 1 on the 3rd of November. They are fantastic dogs and are a pleasure to live with. So full of character and personality and Carly is an absolute joy to handle in the show ring!
Also, I am so glad we do not have to worry about accom. for Crufts - We live in Stafford! So we are lucky!!!!
What travelodge mo? Catch Corner?
Skye and Spring having fun today whilst trying to keep warm......now they are imitating Suki i.e. fast asleep, although not on a bed as comfy looking as the one she is on.
Enjoyed seeing everyone yesterday at Gundog Breeds of Scotland....and well done to all of the dogs its always good to see them strutting their stuff in the ring.

Mo
Elise is fascinated by the dogs now. When she first arrived she was absolutely terrified and wouldn't leave her mum alone. After a couple of hours (and the cage being set up) she decided they are fun - so much so that Chance isn't getting a minutes peace... she follows him everywhere.
The cage door is actually open but Elise keeps closing it behind her.
Thanks Sarah I will order some for christmas presents
Mo
Have you got a picture of the collars..I might get somwe for christmas presents
(Could you put the pictuire of your collar on here)
They sound excellent
Mo
I am selling PolyBrite light up dog collars at bargain prices to munster owners.
I have a choice of green or yellow and they illuminate 3/4 of the collar with great visibility in dark conditions. Water resistant and easily replaced battery if you wear it out.
I'm asking just £3 each and that includes p&p, it wont make me rich but will make me happy that dogs are seen at night (my last collie died being hit by a car in dark conditions).
Email me at sjames86@gmail.com if any one out there fancies one (or two....)
Smiler has arrived in Bermuda...he was fine and is out side as we speak playing with his new dad..He still has to meet the cats..
Photos and videos have been promised
Mo
Mo
Morning Folks,
Thanks for the well done's. I was pleased with the way Elvis behaved & I did think he was looking nice. I think the photo was taken on our walk on Saturday but we went out a run after the show too & he ended up all covered in Burrs just in time for me taking him back to Billy!!! Oooops!!!LOL ;-)
Elvis settled into my wee flat really well - he wasn't at all stressed or worried about not having a garden to run in & out of. I just made sure & took him out for a "comfort break" every so often. No Problem at all.
Carol, they did a great job with your fencing. I am really looking forward to coming down & seeing the place but obviously not until the girls are finished their seasons. Elvis "Loves" Skye enough as it is without the added temptation of girly smells!!!LOL
Linda, I can totally relate to "Squirral" syndrome. The amount of junk I had to throw away before moving was amazing. I couldn't believe how much stuff I had collected in just 3 years. It feels good to get rid though and start a fresh.
Mo & I are going to take Gillie & Potty to their 1st puppy party tonight - we will report on how it ges tomorrow!!!
Pam
Hi Mo, Your humour has just flew past me. Haven't got your joke about remote control (is it the red spot (button) on the photo.
Well done Elvis. Have you had a sleep over in Pams new flat?
Fence extended by a local fencer. To much to do elsewhere otherwise we would have done ourselves.
Hopefully see you guys this weekend where we can make arrangements for a fun day.
Well done Elvis!
I won't be at any shows for some time now, the crates are about to come out again!
Jenni is supposed to be coming down this weekend and I've been clearing out the spare bedroom for her. It's amazing just how much junk I've been squirrelling away in there! If you don't hear from me again send a search party..............lol!
Carole, how long did it take to put up that fence?!?!?! It looks like the dogs will really enjoy living there.
He's a lovely boy - a real soft spot I have for him.
See you have your "policys" well fenced in...had Sky jumped the fence and done a runner..
Are we still on for an Agility training day..we are puppy partying next week ..the vets dont know what they are letting themselves in for..TWO munster puppies..
