Rather like Cassie I did not meet Kai but I heard all about him and of course he was Lucy's Dad.It was very strange but Lucy was very subdued over the weekend especially when I went home last night having read the sad news on here.She stayed in her cage all evening even though the door was open,perhaps further evidence of an animals sixth sense.My heart goes out to everyone in the Logie household as I went through a similar experience earlier in the year when I had to make the same decision about my beautiful Flat Coat Dog - Harry, only in his case it was a terrible cancer which the vets couldn't treat.
