By I was Horse Riding yesterday and mid canter Roma tripped and I went flying over the top - hurt my back and my arm is in a sling - I hope i have not done something to my shoulder s I can't mov it...typing this one handed!!!
my dad said i rolled like a parattrooper and the SAS couldnt've done better !! i got back on her more or less straight away even though my back was killing.
i will watch erin on iplayer as have ringcraft on thursdays !
