I agree with other posts re. a chiropractor, Ken goes to see someone fairly regular, he had a car accident a few years ago and went out sideway through the passenger door  !! so his back and shoulders are often out of alignment and he really does benefit.   I used to - many moons ago - teach all sorts of exercise type classes and our doctors  recommended my classes to patients with back problems so if you need to ask any questions about certain types of exercise to ease back problems please do.

Next question - when is Erin on the TV exactly and on what channel  ? and looking forward to a cuddle soon, Erin not Eric !!  but there again !!

Just up the road from me made head lines news with the flooding - a pregnant lady trapped at work - luckily we live on a hill but the little stream in the bottom of our garden became a wild river yesterday.  Dare not do our usual walks by the rivers in case any of the dogs got too close - they would not have stood a chance.  So on the moors it was today.
